Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 24 hours from the date on which you ordered the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Returns and Exchange
All our orders are handmade to our customers demands. Therefore, we regret to inform we do not offer refunds or exchanges on products.
If there are any problems with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@evoragbags.com to notify us. Please include your order number.
If more than 3 days have passed since delivery, we will be unable to offer any returns, refunds or exchange.
We accept no responsibility for non-delivery of orders where the full address, including postal code, is not quoted correctly.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
